i) the edited "Ming -Ch'i-Lu" by Chu K'ui, circulation and versionproblem;

     ii)the life, teaching relationship and friendship of Chu K'ui ,stress on hisactivities and reputation, appraisement among the literati circles as professionalinscription.

     iii)revise the Yuan Dynasty literati's seal, and their professional inscription practice, resonance in the Scholar-and-officer class.

     iv)what they took the aesthetic conception of Qin, Han and Wei Ch'Iancient seals as the principle, had set up the statues of literati activities for theart，meanwhile, as the further researching and learning from the ancient seal of?Qin Han and Wei Ch，i勿nasties, arose the inscription style development of the?literati.

     Therefore, the literati inscription seal in Yuan dynasty, especially in the late time，had already been established their normal standard and its seal system,which come up with their flourish and ripeness.

一·引言

     元代是文人阶层普遍兴起对篆刻艺术的爱好并开始主动地介入其制作的关键时期，印章也开始大量在书画作品中使用，成为文人游艺雅事的重要组成部分。但对元代文人篆刻，研究者历来语焉不详，自1980年代后期以来，黄悼先生通过对明汪坷玉(万历、崇祯间人)《珊瑚网》卷十一中所收元末杨维祯、顾瑛等文人学者为朱硅所作《方寸铁志》、《方寸铁铭》、《方寸铁颂》及题诗等史料所作的《论元代篆刻家朱硅》等一系列研究‘，不仅使朱硅这位湮没多时的印人重新为我们所注意，更使我们能开始深入了解元代文人篆刻的艺术实践、师承关系与审美观念的发展。而最原始、更大量的关于朱硅及相应的元代文人篆刻史料，则出自朱硅自己所编的《名迹录》中所附《赠言》，周新月先生《元代篆刻史论》利用了这批史料，使元代文人篆刻的研究获得了进一步的深入。

     朱硅及其所编《名迹录》在清代就曾获得个别研究者的注意。清康熙乾隆间著名学者厉鹦《樊榭山房集续集》卷三有《和沈房仲论印十二首》，引证过《名迹录》中的史实。晚清印人叶铭也曾注意到这本《名迹录》，他在宣统二年(1910年)编辑《广印人传》时据此将朱硅列入:

     “朱硅字伯盛，昆山人。从吴睿授书法，凡三代金石靡不极意规仿。秦人‘农疾除永康休万寿宁'九字玉印旧藏伯盛家。倪云林尝赠以诗。详《名迹录》。”

     本文即以《名迹录》中史料为基础，并结合其它元及明初文献资料，对元代文人篆刻，尤其是以朱硅为代表的元代后期的文人篆刻的发展作进一步探讨:

     1《名迹录》的编辑、流传与版本问题。

     2朱硅生平、师承与交游详考。

     3结合《名迹录》及其他文献材料，对元代文人篆刻的篆印、篆刻的实践活动以及印人职业化的的研究。

     4结合文献资料与存世书画作品上的元代文人用印，讨论元代文人篆刻的审美观念与风格样式的演变。
